The complete hydraulically driven MUD series are designed and built for extremely heavy-duty drilling applications. The slurry pumps are made of HMPE (High Molecular Polyethylene) and powered by the durable Swedish Sunfab motors with ISO standards. The hydraulic motor can be connected (single-acting) without a leak line provided the pressure in the return line (back to the hydraulic tank) remains below 5 Bar. If the pump is connected to a double-acting valve, an additional leak line back to the hydraulic tank is necessary. The pumps are designed for both underwater and surface use. The pump shaft is made of hardened chrome-molybdenum and is supported by double tapered radial bearings connected to a Burgmann rubber bellow mechanical shaft seal JRMG1 in tungsten carbide-NBR (oil resistant). The pump is available in versions with a vortex impeller or a semi-open impeller. 12-month warranty (except for wearing parts).
