DELIVERY INFORMATION SHIPMENTS ʺ If you order before 12:00, we aim to ship your order the same day. ʺ For special transport, such as length-freight or the transport of hazardous products, transport takes place from our central warehouse in Arendonk. ʺ For express shipments, an additional fee is always charged depending on the order volume. TRANSPORT COSTS: Transport costs vary according shipment sizes, weight and destination. The maximum size of a package is 2.5 meters, calculated as 1x the length + 2x the width + 2x the height. The maximum length is 2 meters. If the length of a package is more than 2 meters, an additional surcharge for lengthfreight will be charged. SURCHARGES/ADDITIONAL COSTS PER DELIVERY ʺ €17.50 per delivery if an appointment must be made by telephone prior to delivery. ʺ €100 per delivery if length-freight (> 2 meter) is included in the shipment. ʺ €25 per delivery for ADR items. ʺ €35 per delivery if the delivery address differs from the standard delivery address. ʺ €62,50 per delivery if a shipment cannot be delivered to an address and a second delivery is required. ʺ €45 extra surcharge per delivery for orders with a total weight > 700 kg. ʺ Additional costs for delivery within a specific time slot are always on request. ʺ Surcharges/additional costs per delivery only apply to orders that have already been shipped. PICK-UP COUNTER & ORDER COUNTER ʺ Collecting your order is possible. Mooris Pumps & Irrigation has both a collection counter and an order counter in Arendonk (Belgium). ʺ As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order will be ready for collection after you received your sales receipt. ʺ The collection and order counters are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. ʺ The collection and order counters are closed from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 13:00. ʺ For pick-up orders under €100, we charge a €7.50 order surcharge. ʺ Please note: It is not possible to order additional items at the collection counter. RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS 1. Registration process 1.1. If you wish to return one or more items, you can request this via the website www.mpi-pumps.com/contact/retour by sharing all the necessary details. 1.2. Returns that have not been registered will not be processed. 1.3. Items you wish to return must be undamaged, complete and in the original packaging (see instructions on the website) together with a copy of the purchase (to be uploaded via the website). 1.4. The items will be reimbursed after receipt and inspection of the return shipment. For items delivered more than 2 weeks ago, 10% of the return amount will be deducted for processing costs (administration costs + warehouse costs). 2. Excluded returns 2.1. Items that have been ordered especially for you (“specials”). 2.2. Items for which it cannot be proven that they were purchased from Mooris Pumps & Irrigation. 2.3. Items and/or packaging that are not in new condition. 2.4. Items delivered more than 2 months ago. REPAIR & WARRANTY GUIDELINES 3. Register Warranties & Repairs 3.1. You register a warranty, complaint or repair by filling all the necessary information on the website www.mpi-pumps.com/contact/herstelformulier. 3.2. Complaints that have not been registered will not be processed. 3.3. Complaints relating to deliveries must be reported within 24 hours after the receipt of the shipment. 3.4. If it shows that the complaint is not covered by warranty or if no defects are found, the costs incurred for return will be charged. 3.5. If you submit a product for repair, an amount of € 45 will be charged for disassembly and inspection costs. This amount will be forfeited if repairs are made. 3.6. Pumps that have been contaminated or affected by substances harmful to health (like bodily fluids, toxic chemicals or any other substances) must be cleaned before being returned. 3.7. Deviating warranties must always be agreed with Mooris Pumps & Irrigation. 4. Exclusions for guarantees: 4.1. Items that have not been assembled and used according to the description/manual. 4.2. Items damaged due to misuse or negligent maintenance. 4.3. Consumables. 4.4. Items on which adjustments and/or repairs have been carried out which have not been carried out on behalf of Mooris Pumps & Irrigation. 4.5. Items that have been opened or modified without permission (note: do not cut the connecting cable). 4.6. Items for which it cannot be proven that they were purchased from Mooris Pumps & Irrigation.
